The A' Design Award & Competition invites industry professionals to submit their designs for consideration in the A' International Furniture Design Awards. Open to furniture designers, product designers, industrial design studios, and manufacturers worldwide, the competition is a platform for showcasing the latest advancements in furniture design. With a deadline of February 28, 2023, and the results announced on April 15, 2023, the competition offers a unique opportunity for recognition among peers and industry leaders.
The competition will be held in two phases: a free registration and preliminary scoring phase, followed by a nominal fee for nomination. Entries will be judged by a 200+ person jury panel of established furniture designers, journalists covering interior design and architecture, as well as academics such as industrial design professors.
Examples of projects that can be submitted to the A' Furniture Design Awards include armchairs, cabinets, chairs, coffee tables, sofas, stools, benches, seating systems, and more. Sub-categories and their descriptions can be found on the A' Design Awards website.
Winners of the A' International Furniture Design Awards will receive the highly coveted A' Design Prize, which includes a series of PR, marketing, and publicity tools to celebrate their achievement, as well as a lifetime license to use the A' Furniture Design Awards Winner Logo, a yearbook of the best designs, an invitation to attend the A' Design Awards Gala-Night in Italy, and more.
