From June 24 to 27 (local time), the 27th Laser World of Photonics was held at Messe München, Germany. Shenglong Electric, a leading enterprise in China's smart-grid and intelligent-energy-management sector, unveiled the self-developed AI-iPanel-the world's first AI-powered distribution cabinet-at the show.
As one of the most influential and large-scale professional events in the global photonics industry, this year's Laser World of Photonics gathered top companies from 43 countries, spanned the entire photonics value chain across 11 themed zones, and attracted more than 1,350 exhibitors worldwide.
Shenglong Electric's booth was situated in the China Optics Valley (Guanggu) Pavilion, which highlighted cutting-edge technologies, innovative achievements, and industry solutions from China's Optics Valley photonics-information cluster. On the opening day, the booth drew professional visitors from Germany, Italy, Japan, and other countries who stopped to engage in technical discussions.
According to Shenglong Electric representatives, the AI-iPanel is an intelligent distribution cabinet that 'speaks, thinks, and manages itself,' transforming power operations from an imperceptible 'black box' into a digital, transparent process. By deeply integrating AI with power technologies, the AI-iPanel enhances power-use efficiency and safety while significantly reducing operation and maintenance costs, enabling users' distribution systems to run more simply, reliably, and economically.
During a live demonstration of the human-machine dialogue function, a German engineer repeatedly observed the cabinet's switching operations and suddenly asked, 'Is this mechanical actuation really that fast? I can hardly perceive any delay!' Staff explained that the AI-iPanel employs millisecond-level intelligent algorithms to accurately predict power demand. The engineer immediately recorded the parameters in his notebook. Compared with traditional distribution cabinets, the AI-iPanel's superior safety, intelligence, and efficiency won unanimous praise from experts and customers. After hands-on experience, visitors engaged in in-depth discussions about performance, technical specifications, and application scenarios, exploring opportunities for collaboration.
A Shenglong Electric spokesperson noted that the company's products and services now reach more than 50 countries and regions worldwide. By exhibiting at Laser World of Photonics, Shenglong Electric showcases cutting-edge technological achievements and intelligent power solutions, demonstrating to the world the technological-innovation strength and open-cooperation posture of 'Intelligently Manufactured in China' in the intelligent-power field.
Looking ahead, Shenglong Electric will continue to respond to the national Belt and Road Initiative by 'going global,' bringing advanced intelligent-power products and technologies to more countries and helping 'Intelligently Manufactured in China' expand into broader global markets.
